Who am I?
I’m a Senior Design Strategy Consultant who spends most of my time translating chaos, ambiguity, and “we’re not really sure what users want yet” into a product people can actually use.
I’ve worked across government, enterprise, non-profit, and the occasional beautifully overcomplicated system that definitely needed a second opinion. Along the way, I’ve worn a few hats at places like IBM, Royal Bank of Canada, and McGill University—but I’ve spent more recent years deep in UX, service design, and research-heavy product work for large-scale public and enterprise systems.
Most recently, I’ve been designing AI-driven experiences and service ecosystems (yes, including chatbots that talk to actual humans in stressful moments), running research with real people, and turning those experiences into flows, systems, and prototypes that engineers can actually build without crying.
My superpower? Making sense of complexity without overcomplicating the solution and convincing cross-functional teams that “just one more stakeholder alignment meeting” is not, in fact, a design strategy.
I care about clarity, systems thinking, and good judgment under ambiguity. Also, I firmly believe no user should ever have to read a paragraph to do a button’s job.
